The most important part of a flawless face of makeup is the base. While a good skincare routine can help smooth out skin and prep it for makeup to sit on top, my secret weapon for everyday flawless youthful skin is supplements. This post is a little longer than my usual posts as I wanted to go into full scientific detail so we can understand how supplements work so you can get the full benefits of the right supplements for you.

The Product

While marine collagen is the main ingredient, these supplements boast many other amazing ingredients, such as biotin, which is used in many hair, skin, nail, supplements, Hyaluronic acid, which is fantastic for moisturizing and smoothing skin, and resveratrol, extracted from red grapes and is also the mane favoring ingredient along with other natural fruit extracts.

Each dose comes in 50mL vials which are portable and convenient. The fit in handbags and also travel-friendly, for anyone on the go. As mentioned the main flavoring is red grape, so they have a pleasant taste, but not addictively sweet like many commercial supplements, so exceeding the recommended dose isn't as tempting.

How it works

For some odd reason, there can be controversy surrounding supplements. Depending on the brand, you can find a ton of unnecessary, artificial ingredients, such as artificial sweeteners, stabilizers, and coloring agents. These ingredients make the product aesthetically pleasing, but not as effective as natural products formulated for the right reasons for boosting hair, skin, or nails.

I've been using LQ liquid health hair, skin, nails, supplements recently, and I am quite enjoying them. I don't take any other vitamins or supplements, so, therefore, don't have a set routine of taking tablets. (i know some people take their dose of multi-vitamins in the morning or before bed) these are fantastic for anyone like me, who are particularly put off swallowing capsules or tablets.
